And gladly receive this public plea for help!

Valerio Hello, I am the founder along with my fellow ABC Association for Children's Surgical Burlo, which supports children born with serious amlformazioni be treated surgically at the Hospital Burlo Garofalo of Trieste.
The association was founded two years ago and is going very well, but we have a small-sized problem. For some time now no longer able to climb Anagrafe of our donors. I mean, those who initially were generally became her friends and acquaintances or people who passed through the department of surgery, short of which people could somehow know the address to send a warm thanks.
Now is probably the voice has spread, we were able to make good communication and we Ritov donors that we know only the name that appears in the description of transfer (bank accounts not only have to e), the bank told us that We can provide addresses for reasons of privacy and then because they come from another institution, it is impossible for them risalire.Abbiamo tried white pages, sometimes it went well, many others do not.
At this point we have a huge hole in two respects: not appreciate some donors and fail to create a complete mailing list to work on. We therefore ask if you can answer the question that begins to have some important numbers ... Thanks and congratulations for your professinal.

For the moment my answer is that unfortunately there is no 'solution. That's why we do not recommend ever make donations through banks, not least those impromptu, but only regular ones. It's about doing a series of "research" CSI model and try to find clues to locate the donor (and not 'lost time!) And open a giro account!!

If anyone has other suggestions, come forward! Thanks (VM)

    On the web I found a site where a non-profit organization said "
    Donors who send us their contributions through a bank: it is unfortunately impossible for us to dispose of their e ringraziarli.Cogliamo the opportunity to communicate to them our gratitude and invite them to tell. " (Source http://www.cafonlus.org) So the first solution would be to make an explicit call to donors to send their data once made the transfer

    a couple of suggestions (hopefully useful):

    1) those that come from your own bank, your bank try to propose a format (paper or computer) with thanks to which they send to their customers (and your donors) so that privacy is safe, the Thanksgiving has come and your donor might decide to turn up (probably depend on the size of your bank and dall'organizzaizone), I know the bank of Cividale, but the rural Cortina he can almost certainly do;

    2) for those from other institutions, as donors and know you are probably also follow your site, you could open a section on your site http://www.abcburlo.it , "anonymous donors" by publishing the name , thanking them and inviting them to be heard;

    If you make these attempts, let us know how it went, so we learn something too.
