Hello everyone, this week here's a look at my email. This time it concerns a request for letters to find sponsors (of Fundraising.it subscribing for free to the Fundraising Account will find some examples)
The following email exchange, good reading and some of my recommendations drawn from this exchange of emails and files.
Here then are some tips on how to write a letter to a sponsor:
the shape of the letter should be engaging, readable, full of bold, italic, underlined
you have to understand from the outset what we earn your sponsor to sponsor your initiative
not immediately say who you are but what you do. Not necessary for the story but what you actually
- after you can tell a little bit 'of history, perhaps with a greater depth to repeat the event you are organizing, highlighting any testimonials showing who will be members
how many people will also be listed, how much visibility to the event who will contact you to activate, and it 's important to' do business this sponsorship? We must look for the link between the event and the person to whom you write and elencarei benefits of sponsorship (like, the main sponsor, gold sponsors, silver sponsors, etc ...)
In conclusion and say hello to write that "in the coming days I will take telephone contact with you so make sure you have received this letter, but also to answer any questions that you will ask me". Basically looking for a touch to the next item, which can then lead to a meeting in person with potential sponsors.
Dear xxx,
The first attempt is good, I am attaching my corrections.
I expect a second version ricorreggere.
See you later.
