W scripts, down with the stupid ...

Data: October 16, 2007

Let me put this to the attention of all the post that sent me Gianni Solfrini that tells about his reading made about how to study in America, the author (Thatchenkery) ... "While from working to his studies, he noted that in the culture of his department, the leaders had a distinctive way of interacting with other teachers, students and their environment. They were constantly looking for ways to operate the ideas of others, wondered how the concepts they proposed could be implemented and developed. This was in sharp contrast with the culture of criticism that he was familiar with before, where it was assumed that highlight the shortcomings and weaknesses of other people's ideas would lead to improvement. Soon realized that a culture that contextualized with an attitude of appreciation of the ideas of others than able to do a more original concepts and discoveries and generated more quickly. "

I keep repeating that only the culture of giving and generosity can change the teacher-learner relationship and transform education (understood as a mere training) in an event. I just finished my first course here at the Fund Raising School of Indiana, the material it contains over 600 pages written (original) not copying parts of books taken here and there, in full use for the Italian case. And 'method! Method, not simply casisistica (there 'even that), but by the' experience method "seems to be the motto of this school. A little gem: the whole material is delivered in a diskette into the volume in PDF! Other than the fear that others copied! If someone copies are glad seem dire.D 'hand him my story well represented. I do a blog on fund raising and 2 years after coming all the blogs on fund raising, we make a site for information on fund raising (www.fundraising.it) and after 2 years comes www.fundraising-news.it, we do Partner Program and immediately, the association of the fundraiser goes in the direction of giving visibility to its shareholders in exactly the same way, we innovate the site in one direction and after a few months all do what we are doing .... summary we are of the group TRENDS SETTER (that define the trend!)

It 'very nice like everyone always copied my (our) ideas. I say our, because so many people now working with me now VMcommunity of the group is composed of several people who work professionally in the various projects we have done since. I'm talking about Paul and Catherine, Flavia, Adele, and Nadia Camilla, Andrew and Philip, dell'infaticabile Francesco, Vittorio and Gianni and Elisa and finally all his work for the job. We are talking about 12 people professionally involved in the work culture to produce and fund raising for nonprofit and. Now the group is really strong, motivated and active. I just ... every time we pull out some ideas "to copy" .... With friends, I tell you again, VM

Dear Professor, I think if we were a little 'more academics who share his point of view, the majority of students attending the lectures was the feeling of receiving a gift and not that of having lost time. I do not know how the university "reform", but patrons of the old system, the exchange and comparison were definitely not on top ... even to parlarene, instructional materials. Professor and give a good continuation kiss in New York on my part that I've got left cuore.valeria

I agree with Valeria. Teachers were all so!
However, even I check this blog to copy ideas, to learn from experiences reported.
Thank you professor, to put everything at our disposal.
    Culture can not be hidden.
    Greetings and good work

I confess, I also copy it, I advise everyone to copy and you copy me with joy. But you have to copy with measure and with brain and then shape. I copy things, too, of course prof.Melandri but only because I know that he likes.
I'll be lucky, but I met professors who have left me (in photocopies and files) to know their "practical" and are all Italianissimo: Marra, Garofalo, Troisi, Musella, Salvatori ... Thanks!

I often reprimanded for misuse of 'trust' in others, when with great pleasure I share my knowledge with those who are curious or clever opportunist, I suppose the difference is made in practice, you can not cheat and harness the knowledge, ultimately does not belong the individual and can not be self ... is a heritage "Superior".
A warm greeting to Professor, Paolo Celli and all the people of fund raising.
