I fully share the view taken by Cacopardo. As a non-profit organization responsible for "true" (we just had an inspection completed successfully Revenue Agency) I think it is important to point out the abuses and misconduct, protection of citizens and donors who work successfully in the field of fundraising.

I believe that only a legislative response to put an end to this type of communication.
We are constantly bombarded with similar requests, fake cripples in the street, unemployed with the physical aspect of who could do any work .. the effect on me is a suspicion that probably prevented me from giving a little help to those who were really in distress. Nobody can teach respect to those who have unclear objectives and means to limit the permissible uses to achieve them, the only solution is to regulate further the segment and related activities.

Many people have seen the imposition of "NPO" a way to circumvent trade laws and directives of the tax and finance offices to discover NPO without the necessary requirements is proof. But I think the offices are responsible for combating the misuse and ignoble that some (many?) Associations and institutions are the rules facilitation

Ethics in our work would be much to say ... but between saying and doing is half a bill.

I thought to be NPO association were present to some government agency a specific document which that association would be allowed to use the benefits of being NPO. It was in a sense a hallmark, as the eco paid by companies.

NPO is not synonymous with transparent organization, partly because NPOs can become a non-profit organization at the beginning of its work and then when it still has not achieved the expected results from the donations handed out by donors

I refrain from commenting, I know with certainty whether

Cmq remains strange that not even involve any organ of the state to block such a heinous crime robbery masked by NPO. But maybe if a few Prosecutor's Office would also receive only a dozen reports ...
