I fully share the view taken by Cacopardo. As head of a non-profit "true" (we just had successfully completed an inspection of the Revenue) I think it is important to point out the abuses and misconduct, protection of citizens and donors who work successfully in the field of fundraising.

I believe that only a legislative response would put an end to this type of communication.
We are constantly bombarded by questions like, fake cripples in the street, unemployed with the physical appearance of someone who could do any work .. the effect on me is a suspicion that probably prevented me from giving a little help to those who were truly in distress. No one can teach respect to those who have unclear goals and uses the edge of the permissible means to achieve them, the only solution is to regulate further the segment and related activities.

So many people have seen the establishment of "NPO" a way to circumvent tax and trade laws and directives of the financial offices to find out ONLUS without the necessary requirements is proof. But I think that the offices responsible should address the misuse and undignified that some (many?) Associations and institutions are the rules facilitate

Ethics in our work would be much to say ... but between saying and doing is half a bill.

I thought that to be ONLUS association should submit to some government body a certain document which that association would be allowed to use the benefits from being NPO. That was in a sense a hallmark, as the eco paid by companies.

NPO is not synonymous with transparent organization, partly because NPOs can become a non-profit organization at the beginning of its activity and therefore when you do not yet have achieved the results hoped for by donations handed out by donors
