Thursday at 14.00 at the Entertainment Pavilion grand opening plenary session with the many voices of the Fundraising Festival. I'll talk in the coming days, but two things, among many, that have impressed me this pre-festival:
1 - Running down the list of over 450 participants and nearly 100 people that we could not accept (list will be distributed to all present to allow you to enter into dialogue with one another through a system of little holes postal custom) I remain very impressed , the variety of organizations represented and the variety of occupations represented in favor of the nonprofit. I read the list of speakers, some nice new features ( over 49 parallel sessions, with nearly 85 speakers , all volunteers, who will talk about their actual experience of fundraising and fundraiser), some reengagement (one for all, Pidgeon at the end of the Festival), many more foreigners ', more features and especially many young speakers' semi-unknown ", in short, is a festival made by the" base "!
2 - the great harmony with the world of fundraising, everyone, and really emphasize the world of fundraising (from chairing ASSIF, the "old" fundraising - not in the way master! But in the sense of stars - from the young lions of fundraising, fundraising for schools scattered throughout Italy, the various operators that deal with nonprofit nonprofit), all have worked in different and varied. In a world that fights for everything, the unity that this Festival is doing is really important.
For those unaware of the Fundraising Festival is both a celebration, a conference, a meeting place, a training and information, a living "being" a starting point for an adventure together.
