Five per thousand as a stable law ... how does Europe

Data: June 14, 2010

I have recently done a research on how other European countries interpret two mechanisms active in Italy for the financing of nonprofit (five thousand and eight thousand). The result is that I put a search of all available for download from here

The goal of my research is twofold:

1 - make five per thousand in Italy a stable mechanism, not to be renewed every year

2 - and also would need to know the names of those signing on 5 by 1000 to a nonprofit organization would otherwise jump to thank the many mechanisms such as the donor, the "cultivation" of the donor.

Even on this fundraiser as we join forces.

Strongly agree, is stable on the law on the possibility of knowing who has been generous with us!
While I try to network physically, you can already tell us how to do on the web?

    Hello Valerio,
I fully agree on your proposal to give stability to the law on 5 x 1000. With regard to the names would be very useful to know them, and even technically complicated (the Inland Revenue have them all in digital format). The only risk I think may relate to the "fear" by the signatory to be "disturbed" by the organizations, this would put a field on the form to request the taxpayer's consent to receive information from the organization's choice. By an appeal online! http://www.petizionionline.it/ and mobilizes the people of the Festival!
    See you soon,
