Annually, the master puts in the form of educational program "Professional Practice", an operational project in which students, under the guidance of an experienced consultant, working for a 'local nonprofit organization.
The project work has two main objectives:
- Allow students to apply to a real case the skills acquired during the study year;
- Add value to an organization providing an analysis of potential land development and setting up a fundraising plan feasible in the near future.
During the meeting, Paul will speak Celli - teaches "Professional Practice" at the Masters and fundraising consultant - who will present their work annually with the students: the meeting with the organizations, the methodological approach, the outcomes of projects. Following will be given space to Arturo Alberti, founder and president of Horizons Foundation Solidarity Romagna, to present their organization and collaboration with the Master.
The goal is told through a concrete case the value and impact that the fundraising can have on the territory and the advantage of having one of the best in Forlì training centers in Italy on this subject. The Master in fact, thanks to a vast network of research, information and advice (Festival of Fundraising, Philanthropy Centro Studi, Philanthropy Editions) contributes to the professionalization and development of the Third Sector at the national level.
Are invited to participate in local nonprofit organizations, public officials, journalists.
Horizons non-profit organization, voluntary association founded in 2008 by Arturo Alberti, collaborate on projects of international solidarity by adopting the method of subsidiarity, arguing that real people who already work in Italy and developed countries of the South. It currently has 20 registered members and 40 volunteers. Projects supported by Horizons priority themes of education and human dignity and are always linked to a specific history, a person.
Among the objectives of Horizons is the spread and consolidation of the gift culture, understood as an integral part of human nature and a tool for growth and personal fulfillment.
