To encourage and foster: two key words for the non-profit

Data: October 13, 2011

The nonprofit pays a placement contract which is, on average, 30-40% lower than that offered by the companies profit. Operators, therefore, are faced with the choice between a career in either field, weighing the personal aspirations, the desire to help others, but also thinking of their future and the prospects that this affords. This is the topic of the article Life Magazine on September 6.

If too many workers and even managers of profit they feel the need to use some of their free time volunteering, should stop to reflect on the importance of encouraging non-profit organizations and encourage young people not to abandon this field. What do you think? Here is my article on Life Magazine's September 23.

    Dear Valerio
do not agree 100% with your first article (the salaries). are a professional non-profit and worked for 6 years with various NGO on the ground: Well, this year, when I tried to rinserirmi in Profit in Italy, I realized with astonishment that some companies pay LESS for non-profit profit. Now the situation has changed and the concepts of "work for free", "work for a little" or "simple personal satisfaction" were extended to some profit companies that use these concepts "copied" from the non-profit, to maximize resources human.
    It 's really outrageous!!
