It 'just finished the 2009 Festival of Fundraising and already the Organizing Committee is working on the edition of 2010. First, we are looking for new speakers, new sessions. There are two simple criteria if you want to be among the speakers at the Festival.
You have a history of fundraising success to tell, and you want to share the results, data, critical without fear that no one "will steal the idea." At the festival, the fundraisers are not to steal ideas, but to improve each other, improving the practice of fundraising in Italy
Love the practice, the reality and desires, like me, leave the theory books and other courses (NB do not hate the theory, are a professor, but I think that the event is the Festival of Fundraising for those who already know the theory !)

They talk about the dozens of emails (and press ) that I received at this time thanks to the work we have done in these three days, but mostly talk about the faces and the energy of the faces of this series of photos that Mauro has done here and there. The smiles and the desire to exchange help.
See the second edition is still the most 'difficult, as a sequel to a movie. many times the number two is worse than the first one because everyone has experienced the magic of the first and have high expectations. I have not analyzed the final evaluation questionnaires (collected nearly 300) and I soffernato only a question that is important for me, "recommend the festival to a friend?". three hundred three hundred questionnaires have the answer YES, I would recommend the Festival to a friend. It 'obvious that not everything is perfect, there are many suggestions (very useful) on how to better organize the sessions, on how to make the most of the reception, how to rearrange their days, and I'm really grateful to all those who have had the patience to complete the questionnaire. I personally have already 'ready to leave, and I' still did not feel like making the festival ... good sign?
Just tornoto from Lisbon, where he continued my work to the Church of the Little Shepherds of Fatima, the first church in the world dedicated to the Shepherds (who are not saints, they are .... Blessed only). I find it really challenging and interesting to deal with a foreign cause, and at the same time, local. The extraordinary power that these shepherds have for Portugal, every day convinces me more. There 'organization, person who is not impressed by this opportunity to meet and at the same time ... has great fundraising opportunity.

Meanwhile, I'm going to pick up some new idea all'IFRC (International Fundraising Congress) in the Netherlands. It 'a couple of years since I went, but every once in a while' to netowrking International does not hurt. I hope to meet some fellow ... Portuguese. (VM)

I do congratulate you on taking the risk and Being so successful. You must be thrilled. I Laughed When I Told That Your Wife HAD people clapped When You Walked Away Completely but it was deserved. I've run conferences and To Have Such a success, so early on, is amazing.
Of course I loved all your staff. Daniella and I AGREED That it was very surprising That you ALL staff are not only female, not only young but Also very pretty! We Could think of no reason why That I Might Be! But They Are Also really helpful and efficient, so please do thank Them All from me! I know I felt incredibly welcomed by you all and I much appreciate that.
I loved doing my sessions, great audiences Each Time. I really enjoyed the spa, the rooms were so comfortable and very special. I loved meeting your family, That was very kind of you to introduce Them All and I specially thank you for the lovely Daniella. Is not she the sweetest girl. I did not have to think for myself ounce During my trip - bliss - she just sorted out my life. Such a difference it made.
So thank you for your generous hospitality and I look forward to new ways Might we work together. We think alike you and I and I really enjoy working with you.
